The seller shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery of the goods under this confirmation due to and force majeure incidents
对于不可抗力事故所造成的不能交货或延迟交货，不应由卖方负责。
If the shipment of the contracted goods is prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of war ， earthquake ， fire ， flood ， heavy snow ， storm or other causes of force majeure ， the sellers shall not be liable for nonshipment or late shipment of the goods of this contract
