| 6. | The salvor ' s expensee referred to in this clause means the salvor ' s out - of - pocket expenses reasonably incurred in the salvage operation and reasonable expenses for the equipment and personnel actually used in the salvage operations
本条所称救助费用，是指救助方在救助作业中直接支付的合理费用和实际使用的救助设备、投入救助人员的合理费用。 |
| 7. | The salvor ' s expenses referred to in this article means the salvor ' s outofpocket expenses reasonably incurred in the salvage operation and the reasonable expenses for the equipment and personnel actually used in the salvage operation
本条所称救助费用，是指救助方在救助作业中直接支付的合理费用以及实际使用救助设备、投入救助人员的合理费用。 |
| 8. | 2 this insurance covers general average and salvage charge , adjusted , or determined according to the contract of affreightment and / or the governing law and practice , incurred to avoid or in connection with the avoidance of loss from a risk covered under these clause

| 10. | This clause 12 , which does not apply to general average or salvage charges , shall be subject to the exclusions contained in clause 4 , 5 , 6 and 7 above , and shall not include charges arising from the fault negligence insolvency or financial default of the assured or their servants
