In chemistry, an imino acid is any molecule that contains both imine (>C=NH) and carboxyl (-C(=O)-OH) functional groups. En chimie, un acide iminé est une molécule possédant à la fois un groupe fonctionnel –COOH (carboxyle) et un groupe fonctionnel >C=N– (imine).
