A double blind clinical investigation on the treatment of 137 cases of hsv keratitis with ganciclovir and acyclovir （ eye - drops ） was carried out . both eye - drops proved equally effective with cure rate 86 . 5 （ ganciclovir ） and 90 . 0 （ acyclovir ） respectively . there were no statistically significant difference between the treatment group in the treatment efficacy of two agents . the results showed that the topical ganciclovir was an effective and safe antiviral agent in the treatment of hsv keratitis 用双盲法对比观察0 . 1更昔洛韦与0 . 1阿昔洛韦滴眼剂治疗单疱病毒角膜炎137例的疗效.两者疗效相近.总治愈率为86 . 5 （更昔洛韦）和90 . 0 （阿昔洛韦） ，统计学处理差异无显著性.结果表明更昔洛韦滴眼剂是治疗单疱病毒角膜炎有效而安全的药物
