Under the backgrouud of experimental training at the master ' s degree of educatiou or instruction in our couutry the author believed that the educationai aim at this degree of teacher ' s training is fo8t6ring the cliuicai and specialised teacher 为了解决这一问题，在教育硕士专业学位试点工作的背景下，笔者首先把教育硕士专业学位教育的教育目的概括为培养“临床专家型”教师和教育管理人员。
