Thermal contact resistance is calculated by fem . the triangular model is considered more precise when its control angle equals 30 and an approximate formula is provided for calculation of the thermal contact resistance by comparing computation models 本文采用有限单元法数值计算接触热阻，提出控制角为30的三角形模型具有较高的精度，给出接触热阻的近似计算公式，并分析了表面粗糙度对接触热阻的影响。
