Cnx coating provided a comparable to or better surface than dlc for the normal cellular attachment , growth and morp hology . compared with dlc , cnx coating also exhibited higher hardness , lower coefficient of friction , lower roughness , and lower corrosion , which obviously contributed to more sp3c structure and indicated a longer wear and corrosion life for cnx coating 本试验中所制备的碳氮薄膜和类金刚石薄膜都具有很好的光洁度，但cn膜表面的针状突起少于dlc膜表面，整体更加匀实光滑，三种薄膜的硬度和拉伸强度都很高，显示出良好的机械性能和很低的摩擦系数。
