Results it was found that 11 cases of mammoductal ectasis were characterized by ductal dilatation and smooth walls ; 3 cases of mammary - ductal mastitis showed ductal tree thinning and smooth walls ; 45 cases of ductoectasis complicated by infection showed irregular ductal dilatation ; 46 cases of intraductal papilloma showed ovoid or round filling defects and " cupping " abruption in one or more ducts ; 7 cases of ductal carcinoma showed irregular filling defects or abruption with ductal stenosis 结果单纯性乳导管扩张症11例，导管均匀扩张，管壁光滑；单纯性乳导管炎3例，导管树变细，管壁光整；乳导管扩张伴炎症45例，导管树不按比例扩张增粗；乳导管内乳头状瘤46例，圆形、类圆形充盈缺损，导管呈“杯口状”中断，多发乳头状瘤和乳头状瘤病表现为多支导管充盈缺损，导管节段性显示，边缘光滑；乳导管癌7例，乳导管不规则充盈缺损或中断，导管壁僵硬。
