Experiments were done on extracting total proteins by using different buffer varieties and different ph . total proteins were finally extracted with the buffer a by the method of using the acetone powder plus a suitable amount of pvpp 比较了不同的缓冲液种类、不同ph条件下茶树叶总蛋白提取的效果，采用丙酮粉加pvpp提取方法、 buffera为提取缓冲液，提取茶树叶总蛋白。
