Medication may temporally abate the pain . but next month symptoms will exacerbate accompanied by xerostomia , constipation and other annoying symptoms ，用某种药物治疗只能暂时缓解，下月行经时依然出现，疼痛难忍。

Sicca and xerostomia . these sicca symptoms are the result of destruction of acinar cells by periductal mononuclear cell infiltrate 其临床的主要症状是乾燥性角膜结膜炎及口乾症，而这些乾燥症状则是腺细胞受到单核细胞浸润破坏而致。

Results : it was showed that functional recovery 9 cases , significance advance 22 cases in treatment group , adverse reaction was not found , except some cases with transient flush and xerostomia ; functional recovery 4 cases , significance advance 13 cases in control group ; the result was significant difference ( p 0 . 01 ) 结果：治疗组基本痊愈9例，显著进步22例，除部分患者一过性面红、口干外，未发现其他不良反应；对照组基本痊愈4例，显著进步13例；两组疗效比较有显著性差异( p 0 . 01 ) 。
