Diagnosis revealed the presence of fundic gland polyps which suggested gastric polyposis in the fundus and body 胃有无数小型、半圆，颜色如同正常黏膜密布于胃底及胃体的胃腺体息肉。

Cells of fundic gland of stomach can be divided into three types , the one type is chief cell , the second type is mucous cell , and the third type is endocrine cell 胃底腺的粘液细胞、贲门腺和幽门腺均分泌中性粘液。胃底腺细胞可分为主细胞、粘液细胞和内分泌细胞。

Argentophit cell can be found in each segment of the stomach and intestine , among them , the most positive cells were observed in the pyloric gland , the second is fundic gland of stomach 消化道各段都有嗜银细胞，其中在最多幽门部，其次是胃底腺，嗜银细胞以开放型为主。
