Results 9 patients appeared to have phlebitis , drug exosmosis happened in only one patient 结果发生静脉炎的9例， 1例出现药物渗漏。

Results : all observed patients had good voiding without impotence and incontinence , except 1 failure due to exosmosis of urine 结果：钻孔器组全部病例均排尿通畅，仅1例因术后并发尿外渗而致手术失败，均未出现术后阳痿及尿失禁等并发症。

Conclusion patients with female reproductive system tumor receiving venous chemotherapy can be prevented from phlebitis and drug exosmosis through venous nursing care 结论对妇科静脉化疗患者进行系统的静脉护理可以预防静脉炎和药物渗漏。
