If the board decides to propose amendments , such proposed amendments will be published again for three weeks for further representations ; any person , other than the original representer or commenter may submit further representations ( either supportive or adverse ) to the board within the three - week period 除了原申述者或原提意见者外，任何人均可在三星期公布期内，向城规会作出进一步申述(可提出支持或反对意见) ；
