The thesis starts with the producing technological process firstly and designs the first domestic automatic product line of the vehicle licence plate ' s semi - products . and through the analysis of the main control objects of the automatic production line , we choose the unwinding tension control system of the aluminium cingulum ' s sticking tache as the research object 本论文首先从车牌半成品的生产工艺流程入手，对国内首条车牌半成品自动生产线进行了设计，并通过对车牌半成品自动生产线的主要控制对象的分析，选定了铝带贴膜环节的反光膜放卷张力控制系统作为本课题的研究对象。
