But after all these years , i learn to do something to release my negativity on these kinds of stuff , like i will go to " alcoholize " myself , go to shop , go to have a nice meal or doing something good to please myself 但是经过了这些年，我学会了在这类事情中认识到自己的缺点，就好象我会去纯净自己的心灵，去购物，享受美妙的进餐，做一些自己喜欢的事情来赏赐自己。
