在导管的物理机械性能研究方面,本课题通过涂层剂的种类( pgla丙酮溶液和甲壳胺浆液) 、涂层剂的厚度、导管的编织结构三个方面分析它们对导管的厚度、硬挺度、拉伸强力和孔隙率等性能的影响。测试结果显示:甲壳胺涂层易于在导管表面成膜,对导管的硬挺度有明显提高,涂层效果较好;加筋结构神经导管在硬挺度和孔隙率方面优于其它导管,能有效防止导管在实际应用中的塌陷变形。
