本文在对当前邮政营销人员薪酬体系背景认知的基础上,从广义薪酬定义出发,首先通过对营销人员薪酬激励现状进行分析,从而对营销人员的薪酬激励机体系所处的现状有了更深入的认识;基于此,从薪酬管理理论的角度出发,提出应根据调查员工工作满意度来反映营销人员激励机制存在的问题,设计了员工工作满意度调查问卷,对长春市邮政局部分营销人员进行了薪酬满意度问卷调查与访谈调查,找出员工薪酬激励体系问题所在;最后,根据存在的问题制定出了相应的调整策略,使其能够更大程度地吸引人才,激励员工,从而发挥良好的激励作用,增强邮政企业的市场竞争力。
