[ jiànsǐbùjiù ] do nothing to save sb. from ruin; fold one's hands and see sb. die; leave one to sink or swim; leave sb. in the lurch; not to help a dying man; not to rescue those in mortal danger; refuse to help sb. in real trouble; see sb. in mortal danger without lifting a finger to save him; shut one's eyes to people that are dying; stand aside [by] when sb. is in peril; stand calmly by while another is drowning
Please ! somebody do something ! why don ' t you do something 为什么？为什么你这么没人性？为什么你见死不救？

So when the disciples sometimes encounter many troubles , the master is also involved and affected . its because the master cant look on without doing anything when the disciples are in danger 所以有时候弟子有很多不顺利的地方，连带地师父也会受到影响，因为师父不能见死不救袖手旁观。
