The genetic analysis of the mechanism of magnetosome biosynthesis in magnetospirillum gryphiswaldense msr - 1 has been hampered by the lack of an appropriate genetic manipulation system . here reported on the establishment of a genetic manipulation system that can be used more readily than that of the others for magnetospirillum 格瑞菲斯瓦尔德磁螺菌( magnetospirillumgryphiswaldensemsr - 1 )为趋磁螺菌属( magnetospirillum )的模式菌株，能够在胞内合成大小约为42am的磁小体( magnetosome ) 。
