The experimental results show that the suitable and simple substrate pretreatment can effectively control the overflow of cobalt and inhibit the catalytic effect of cobalt during mpcvd and greatly enhanced the adhesion strength of mpcvd diamond coating to substrate 结果表明,简单合适的基体预处理可以有效的控制mpcvd过程中钻的溢出和抑制钻的催石墨化作用,从而大大提高了mpcvd法生成的硬质合金基体上金刚石薄膜涂层的附着力。
