The results showed that 8 cases of preoperative patients in gelfoams group had a good effect and bleeding were reduced during operation . one patient had vascular recanalization at 1 month after embolization with gelfoam . all patients in bletilla striatas had ideal effect 结果发现，明胶海绵组8例术前栓塞达到预期目的，术中分离容易，出血减少，有1例术后1个月血管再通， 3例效果好；白芨组均达到预期效果；弹簧钢圈组3例栓塞术后发现侧支供血动脉， 2例达到预期目的。
