Methods : the hearts of fetus were examined by color dopplor ultasound for 20 weeks upwards of gestation in 41875 cases ; its outcome confirmd by follow up or autopsy or operation after birth 方法：采用彩色多普勒超声对41875例孕20周以上的胎儿常规进行心脏普查，并与尸解及生后心脏手术结果及随访结果对照。
