A pcc based stepping motor driven dual control governor for kaplan turbine is presented in this paper . the governor adds the function of adaptive control of blades and radius basis function cam network based on the current pcc based stepping motor driven single control governor 该调速器在当前pcc步进式水轮机单调整调速器的基础上引入了桨叶自适应控制和基于rbf网络的协联装置,可定期对转桨式水轮机协联关系进行自校正,保证水轮机始终运行在较高效率区。
