| 2. | The client shall inspect and report any damage of the picture prior to borrowing them
在借用图片之前，客户须检查图片有否破损，如有破损，须通知供应机构。 |
| 3. | The client shall be liable to pay compensation to the supplier in respect of each picture lost or damaged
客户须按每张遗失或损毁图片，将赔偿款项付给供应机构。 |
| 4. | Electronic use , storage or transmission of images is forbidden without the express written permission of the supplier
如未得供应机构明确书面准许，将禁止以电子方式使用储存或传输图像。 |
| 5. | If a picture is not returned before the date for return , the supplier may in its sole discretion presume it to be lost
若不能于归还日期之前归还图片，供应机构可全权酌情推定图片已告遗失。 |
| 6. | The client must return every picture to the supplier by its date for return by any method affording proof of delivery
客户必须于图片归还日期或之前，采用可提供送达证明的方法，将图片归还供应机构。 |
| 7. | The client s rights to reproduce a picture arises only when the supplier s invoice relating to the grant of such right is fully paid
在供应机构的发票所载款额全数付清后，客户方可获得发票有关图片的复制权利。 |
| 8. | All intellectual property rights subsisting in respect of the picture belong to the supplier or have been lawfully licensed to us for use
图片存有的一切知识产权权利，均属于供应机构所有，或供应机构已获合法特许使用。 |
| 9. | Until the supplier has invoiced the reproduction fee neither party is committed to grant or to acquire any reproduction rights in any picture
于供应机构发出复制费的发票之前，任何一方并无承诺批授或获取任何图片的复制权利。 |
