Article 36 a bill cannot be transferred by means of endorsement when acceptance or payment has been refused or when the time limit for presentation in order to receive payment has expired ， if the bill has been endorsed and transferred ， the endorser shall bear liability for the bill 第三十六条汇票被拒绝承兑、被拒绝付款或者超过付款提示期限的，不得背书转让；背书转让的，背书人应当承担汇票责任。

Guarantor waives all presentments ， demands for performance ， notices of nonperformance ， protests ， notices of protests ， notice of dishonor ， notices of default ， notice of acceptance of this guaranty ， and notices of the existence ， creating or incurring of new or additional indebtedness ， and all other notices or formalities to which guarantor may be entitled 担保人放弃获得所有其有权得到的付款提示、履行要求、不履行通知、抗议、抗议通知、拒付通知、违约通知、接受本担保书的通知、产生新的或额外负债的通知以及其他任何通知或手续。
