Polysaccharides are main energy sources of human body and possess some important physiological functions . in this paper , polysaccharides were used as the soft templates in synthesizing selenium nanoparticles which were produced with the reduction of selenious acid by ascorbic acid . the effect factors of synthetic reaction were studied and selenium nanoparticles obtained were characterized 本文以几种生物多糖为软模板,采用抗坏血酸还原亚硒酸的方法合成纳米硒,研究了制备反应的影响因素,得到了多种形貌的纳米硒,并采用光谱法、透射电镜、扫描电镜、 x射线衍射等方法对产物进行了表征。
