We also investigated the pathological changes of mouse liver , thymus and cerebrum cortex challenged by so2 inhalation by in vivo tests . we studied the apoptotic induction on mouse spleen cells and cytotoxicity of human embryo lung fibroblasts of so2 derivatives by in vitro tests . in vivo tests of sulfur dioxide inhalation showed : ( 1 ) effects on mouse lung of so2 challenge : we found no significant apoptotic changes induced by so2 inhalation but obvious pathological changes of lung with vacuolating of osmiophilic multilamellar bodies which maybe related with the decrease of surfacant and decrease of microvillus of type ii alveolar cells ; we also found thickening of part of basement lamina between type i alveolar cells and capillary endothelium cells which may inhibit the dispersion of oxygen and contribute to lung dysfunction 二氧化硫熏气染毒的体内实验结果表明,在本次实验的浓度范围内( 56mg m ~ 3 、 112mg m ~ 3 、 168mg m ~ 3低、中、高三个浓度) : ( 1 )通过透射电镜、 dna凝胶电泳分析和流式细胞分析发现二氧化硫吸入染毒一周对小鼠肺脏没有明显的凋亡诱导作用,但通过透射电镜观察发现二氧化硫可引起肺脏明显的超微结构改变,引起型肺泡上皮细胞板层体空泡化,微绒毛减少,线粒体致密化或肿胀变性;肺泡血管内皮细胞和型肺泡上皮细胞之间基膜增厚,使氧气弥散功能出现障碍,从而降低肺功能。

The results were as follows : ( l ) the pre - incubation of pmr induced the exocytosis of the cortical granules ( cgs ) in the oocytes and reduced the quantity of the microvillus on the surface of oocytes ; ( 2 ) the matrix of cg might migrate to the surface of plasma membrane of oocytes after pmr pre - treatment . ( 3 ) incubation of zona - free hamster eggs with spermatozoa pretreated with pmr a ntiserum was associated with a dose - dependent significant reduction in the number of spermatozoa binding to the oolemma , compared with a contraband with a dose - dependent reduction of the fertilization rate and the penetration index . the results indicate that mr of human sperm plays an important role in sperm - oocyte fusion and oocyte activation 结果显示: ( 1 )人精子mr能够诱发去透明带金黄地鼠卵母细胞中皮质颗粒的胞吐,并引起卵母细胞膜表面微绒毛形态和数量发生改变; ( 2 )皮质颗粒胞吐后,其内容物可结合到卵膜表面; ( 3 )抗mr抗血清预处理精子可抑制精子与卵子的结合与融合,使受精率、穿透指数和结合指数下降,并均有剂量依赖性。以上结果提示,人精子mr在受精过程中起重要作用,其主要作用可能是介导精-卵膜融合并促进卵母细胞的活化。

During light adaptat ion the arrangement of microvillus in the rhabdom was in disorder , and the diameter of rhabdom was reduced . at the same adaptation the area of the perirhabdomal vacuole was reduced and the number of the multi vesicular body was increased . besides that the d i str i but i on and the amount of the p i gment granule , the lamellar body were influenced by light adaptation 光适应时感杆束的微纤毛的平均直径膨大,排列零乱,感杆束的平均直径减小;膜下储泡囊平均直径减小;小网膜的细胞质中胞饮泡和小囊泡数量较多;多囊体的平均直径减小,数量较少;板膜体较少,色素颗粒多,分布于细胞的各个层面。
