The trustees shall have power to acquire , accept leases of purchase , take , hold and enjoy any lands , buildings , messuages , or tenements of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever situated and also to purchase , acquire and possess such goods and chattels as are required by the council (十三)受托人有权获得、接受买卖契约，获得、拥有及享有任何各类及位于各处之土地、楼宇、宅院、地产，并按本会之要求获得、购置或拥有货物及动产。

Grant , sell , convey , assign , surrender , yield up , demise , let , transfer or otherwise dispose of any land or building , messuages , tenements , vessels , goods and chattels for the time being owned or held by the authority on such terms and conditions as the authority thinks fit 按市建局认为适当的条款及条件，将该局当其时拥有或持有的任何土地建筑物宅院物业单位船只货品及实产批给出售转易转让退回交出批租出租移转或以其他方式处置

B for the purpose of carrying out of any of the above objects , to acquire , accept leases of , purchase , take hold , and enjoy any lands , buildings , messuages or tenements of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever situate in hong kong or elsewhere ; to invest monies on deposit in any bank in hong kong , or on mortgage of any lands , buildings , messuages or tenements , in hong kong or elsewhere or in or upon the mortgage , debentures , stocks , funds , shares or securities , of any corporation or company carrying on business in hong kong or elsewhere ; to purchase and acquire all manner of goods and chattels whatsoever and to grant , sell , convey , assign , surrender , yield up , mortgage , demise , re - assign , transfer or otherwise dispose of , any lands , buildings , messuages , and tenements , mortgages , debentures , stocks , funds and securities , goods and chattels (二)为达到本会上述各项宗旨与目标，可租赁、购置或借用任何位于本港或其他地方之各式建筑物与土地；可以存款入本港银行之方式投资、或以抵押本港或其他地方之各式建筑物与土地方式投资、又或以本港或其他地方某企业或公司之抵押品、信用债券、存货、基金、股票及证券投资；可购置各种货物与器具以及可随意使用或转让上述各种土地、建筑物、存货、基金、股票、货物及器具；

The trustees shall further have power by deed under the seal of the trustees to grant , sell , convey , assign , surrender , exchange , partition , yield up , demise , reassign , transfer or otherwise dispose of any lands , buildings , messuages , tenements , or goods and chattels , forming part of the trust fund upon such terms as the trustees may deem fit . the common seal of the trustees shall be kept in the custody of such person or persons as the trustees may from time to time appoint for that purpose (十四)受托人有权按契约赋予之权力，以受托人组织的印章从事捐赠、出售、转让、交出、交换、分配、让与、遗赠、再转让、移交或出售任何土地、楼宇、宅院、地产、货物及动产，此等资产在受托人认为需要及恰当时归纳成为信托基金的一部份。
