Taken two heavy metal contaminated soils in copper mine field of hongtoushan area and lead - zinc mine field of qingchengzi area as sampling sites , studied the abundance and diversity of amf community and the relation of which to ecological factors ; two experiments were managed by pot culture and four - compartments culture system with festuca . rubra and red clover as host plants inoculated with gintraradices , gmosseae and gcaledordinum to study the effect of different amf on the uptake and accumulation of heavy metal in cd contaminated soil and cu > zn - pk cd complex - contaminated soil 采用盆栽、四室根箱培养的方法,研究了接种g . intraradicesg . mosseae和g . caledordinum在cd污染和cu 、 zn 、 pb 、 cd复合污染土壤中对紫羊茅、三叶草吸收、累积重金属的影响,明确了丛枝菌根菌在重金属污染土壤生物修复中的作用。主要结果如下: 1 、沈阳矿区重金属污染土壤中,共发现丛枝菌根菌6个属23个种,已鉴定22种, 1个未定种。

An experiment has been conducted for investigating the rule of water consumption with three species of turfgrasses : kentucky bluegrass ( poa pratensis ) , perennial ryegrass ( lolium perenne ) , and tall fescue ( festuca arundinacea ) ; two kinds of irrigation water resources : tap water and sewage effluent ; and two kinds of irrigation methods : subsurface dripping irrigation and subsurface leaky pipe irrigation 本研究以三种典型的冷季型草坪草草地早熟禾、多年生黑麦草、高羊茅为供试草种,以自来水和经过砂过滤和沉淀处理的城市居民社区的生活污水为灌溉水源,采用地下滴灌和渗灌两种灌水方法,通过田间对比试验,探讨了污水灌溉条件下草坪草的耗水规律。

In a word , there are some achievements as following : 1 ) ecological restoration of the abrupt rock slope in high - cold area should adopt junior planting method . 2 ) the grass seeds for protecting slope in high - cold area should be anti - frost , anti - meager and extensive farming . there are some grass seeds recommended for ecological restoration , for example , kentucky bluegrass , ryegrass , coronilla , festuca arundinacea , sword - bamboo and euonymus fortunei ( 2 )高寒地区生态护坡的草种应选用具有抗寒、抗贫瘠和适宜粗放管理的冷季型草种,推荐使用的川西高寒地区生态护坡植物种属为:草地早熟禾、黑麦草、小冠花、高羊茅的草种组合,剑竹灌木种,以及小叶扶芳藤藤蔓植物种。

The colonization of gintraradices , gcaledordinum and gmosseae can decrease the uptake and accumulation of heavy metals of festuca . rubra and red clover and then protect them from toxicity of heavy metals to some extent . . there were consistent difference amongthe effect of different amf species , gintraradices had better effect on the decrease of heavy metal content in shoot of host plants than gcaledordinum and gmosseae 能明显降低紫羊茅、三叶草体内重金属山根系向地上部的运输,在某种程度上减少了高浓度重金属对植株的影响,有利于紫羊茅和三叶草在重金属污染土壤中定植。不同菌种的菌根效应有较大差异,菌种gintraradice :在减少重金属由根系向地上部运输的作用上优于菌种gcaledordinum和gm口sseae 。
