Isolation and purification of four main peptide toxins from a . fuligiea were undergone by means of rp - hplc , and idenfication of the chemical structure of - amanitin and - amanitin by nuclear magnetic resonance ( nmr ) showed that the the chemical structure were the same as the reference 对灰花纹鹅膏菌的四种主要肽类毒素进行了分离纯化，并用质谱和核磁共振对两种鹅膏毒肽( - amanitin 、 - amanitin )进行了结构鉴定。结果与文献报道的相一致。
