目前，在我国市场经济活动过程中，侵害消费者权益的现象屡有发生，这不仅使广大消费者在市场经济活动中提心吊胆，伸出“颤抖之手”与经营者进行交易，自身的合法权益得不到应有的保证，而且破坏了市场经济的正常秩序，影响了社会经济的健康、稳定发展。我国政府和各级行政机关在保护消费者权益方面作了大量的工作，但各种侵权违法行为仍是屡禁不止，可见，目前我国的消费者权益保护措施还存在着各种问题和不足。本文运用博奕论工具分析了消费者权益保护问题，找出消费者权益屡受侵害的原因并提出相应的政策建议。
