    本文在sheppard和gumin等人的理论基础上,利用fourier光学成像理论,讨论了不同荧光波长对单光子和双光子共焦显微镜成像特性的影响,导出了单光子和双光子共焦显微镜的荧光功率传输函数、三维脉冲响应函数和三维光学传递函数,得到了它们在不同激发波长与荧光波长比值时具体的表达式,并且通过数值计算,得到了它们的曲线图,结果表明:随着激发波长与荧光波长比值的增加,焦斑的横向分布和纵向分布变窄,横向分辨率和纵向分辨率提高,系统的成像效果变好,当激发波长与荧光波长的比值下降到一定程度时,可以看到不同程度的失锥现象。
