本研究的目的在于探索影响我国企业员工创造性绩效的主要情境因素，编制对企业的创造性情境进行合理、可靠评估的通用量表；以该量表为研究工具，科学地探讨不同类型企业的创造性组织情境特征，并系统地揭示企业员工的不同亚群体对组织的创造性支持的知觉差异；以内部动机的基础研究为理论背景，探讨组织情境因素对员工创造性绩效产生影响的动机机制；最后，在实验控制的条件下，对所建构模式中的动机变量加以干预，检验创造性的激励所达到的效果，力图为企业中的创造性激励提供具有实践价值的指导。
