本文结合国防科工委“高效数控加工技术研究?成飞示范工程”课题中单元化制造资源管理系统的研究与应用,从车间层开始围绕制造资源计划( mrp )和准时制生产( justintime ,简称jit )的需求并结合制造执行系统( manufacturingexecutionsystem )的特点对车间资源的管理作了一定的研究和探讨,并付诸实践,以适应先进的管理理念;实现了成飞数控加工中心刀具、量具、工装、物料等制造资源的计算机辅助管理,介绍了一些计划与调度管理、库存管理、成本管理的管理思想、理念及方法,完成了与车间生产调度部门、工艺部门、经营管理部门的信息共享和集成,从制造资源的角度保证了成飞数控加工中心的生产能有序、受控的进行;对今后的车间层制造资源管理探索出了一条切实可行的解决途径。本文以刀具管理为例,研究了高效数控环境下制造资源管理的现实需求及主要的工作流程;采用idefo 、 idef1x方法建立了系统的功能模型和信息模型;并在车间局域网的支持下,采用联合应用开发( jad )方法(即程序开发人员与最终用户共同开发系统) ,以先进的管理理论为指导,结合生产现场的实际情况,利用成熟的软件开发工具开发了c s模式下的计算机辅助制造资源管理系统软件。
