基于上述原因,对工业厂房进行结构可靠性检测鉴定研究势在必行。本文以结构可靠性理论为基础,以《工业厂房可靠性鉴定标准》和《钢铁工业建(构)筑物可靠性鉴定规程》为指导,对鞍钢新钢铁公司第二炼钢厂主厂房进行检测鉴定,在全面的现场调研、技术检查测试和计算分析的基础上,对厂房结构及主要构件的可靠性进行评定,作出了加固方案,保证了建筑物的安全使用,为今后的技术管理工作提供技术指导,也为其它工业厂房的检测鉴定提供了可供参考的方法。
