针对某一典型平台结构，建立了海洋平台结构阻尼隔振体系简化计算模型，进行了波浪荷载工况和地震工况的数值模拟，研究了隔振参数与结构阻尼比的关系以及它们对结构整体和隔振层层间相对位移的控制效果，运用复模态理论研究了位于较深水位的固定式导管架海洋平台在随机波浪力作用下考虑结构与波浪相互作用时运动方程中非经典阻尼的解耦问题，获得了结构响应的解析解。
