主要成果表现在： 1 )在评价erp项目评价理论基础方面提出了基于全过程erp项目的评价体系模型，在此模型中将erp项目实施分为三个阶段，评价分为四个部分，并系统论述了各个阶段应该评价的指标，以及各个阶段的相互关系； 2 )在项目可行性分析部分，根据erp项目的特点提出了从七个方面分别是：管理基础、技术基础、资金基础、人员基础、基础数据、对erp的认识与需求，和企业的目标对erp项目进行可行性分析； 3 )在软件选型部分，提出了软件系统质量因素、与软件供应商服务有关的因素、和与企业有关因素三个方面18个指标的评价体系，并用层次分析法进行评价； 4 )在项目实施阶段，提出了基于实施过程的评价流程模型，同时提出了评价指标体系从计划，目标的控制、系统使用质量、和信息质量三个方面14项指标来评价实施过程； 5 )在项目绩效评价部分，提出以平衡记分法的四个方面评价erp项目的绩效，建立了bsc - erp评价模型，并根据erp项目绩效的特点提出了用模糊数学对评价结果进行计算，得出一个满意程度指标。
