具体来说，本文的主要成果包括如下几个方面： 1 )对当前qos的几个典型服务模型进行了综述，指出了它们各自的优缺点，在此基础上了，提出了一个端到端的qos体系结构，将现有的几种服务模型集成起来，对网络资源进行有效地管理，使qos系统在核心网络具有很好的扩展性，同时在用户网络或访问网络能提供较精细的qos保证； 2 )在标记算法方面，本论文指出了影响带宽共享公平性的几个因素，分析了现有的标记算法在公平性方面所存在的不足，在此基础上，提出了一种自适应的公平数据包标记算法( adaptivefairmarker , afm ) 。
