In view of the nationality , endemicity , the underdevelopment and the unbalance of education , and the growth regularity of schoolmasters , the project discusses the disadvantages of the old patte rn for middle schoolmasters in guangxi and intends to explore potential models for the training 根据广西的民族性、地方性、欠发达性、教育发展的不平衡性以及校长成长的规律，针对以上旧模式存在的弊端，就广西中学校长培训模式问题，本人进行了以下的探讨。
