On the basis of material collecting , interview and investigation , this thesis induces existing problems in moral educational management , carries out analysis of the problems which the experience summaries of the excellent teachers in charge of class , it puts forward an " five steps cycle " model which is adaptable to current situation of class moral educational management . this is preliminarily proved by the practice of excellent teachers in charge of class . it has been initially successful 本文在资料收集，访谈、调查的基础上，归纳出目前班级德育管理中存在的问题，并对问题进行分析，结合对优秀班主任的经验归纳、总结，借鉴成功班主任在德育管理中的做法，利用现代教育、心理、管理理论进行整合，提出适应新形势的班级德育管理的“五步循环”模式，并通过班主任及笔者的带班实践来进行论证，取得了初步成效。
