Upon any party ' s breach of a material obligation under this contract or under any of the annexes hereunder the other party may terminate this contract upon specification of such period of notice as may be necessary from time to time in order to enable the party in breach to remedy or terminate its breach provided that upon expiry of this notice period the breach of the relevant party shall continue 当此合同中的任何一方违背该合同条款或附加条款中此方应当履行的具体义务时，合同的另一方如有必要可在合同规定期间向违约方发出违约通知，以便对方及时补救或停止违约行为，如无效，有权单方面停止合同。
