本文以国产1115型单缸直喷柴油机为例，介绍一种应用喷油过程分析软件改进喷油泵凸轮设计的方法，通过增大喷油泵凸轮升程、采用切线函数凸轮并优化预行程的方式，在不改变喷油泵安装尺寸的前提下，可提高喷油压力和喷油速率，改善柴油机低速工作稳定性，使喷油系统与柴油机匹配更合理。
