本文通过对三根小跨高比(均为l h = 1 . 0 )剪力墙洞口连系梁在低周反复荷载作用下的试验,了解了严格按《钢筋混凝土高层建筑结构设计与施工规程》 ( 2000年征求意见稿)设计的连梁具有的抗震性能,研究了采取增大连梁配箍量同时加强纵向构造筋的方案对抗震性能的影响,并进一步对新的配筋形式的连梁进行了探讨,了解了在连梁梁端配置多排交叉斜筋方案对连梁抗震性能的改善。通过对试验现象的观察和量测结果的分析,利用荷载?位移滞回曲线、延性和耗能性能等指标对各个试件的抗震性能进行了比较,最后得出结论: 《钢筋混凝土高层建筑结构设计与施工规程》 ( 2000年征求意见稿)不能保证小跨高比连梁具有较好的抗震延性:通过增大连梁配箍量同时加强纵向构造筋的方案对改善连梁的抗震延性的效果不太明显;梁端配置多排交叉斜筋的连梁具有相对较好的受力性能,其延性和耗能性能等各项性能指标均优于普通配筋连梁,宜在深连梁中采用。
