本文采用理论分析和实验相结合的方法，研究了蜂窝孔这种结构因素对橡胶阻尼材料阻尼性能的影响。在自行设计、制作的悬臂式阻尼测试实验装置上，对蜂窝式橡胶阻尼器的阻尼性能进行了大量的实验测试，初步找出了蜂窝孔孔径、孔数以及预压缩量等因素与阻尼器阻尼性能的关系。本文利用实验研究的结论，设计了一种专用的蜂窝式橡胶阻尼器，并应用于某厂螺杆压缩机进口管道的减振，取得了明显的减振效果。
