采用磁场定向脉宽调制算法,提高了电源利用率,降低了逆变电压的谐波,改善了电机的运行特性,降低了对电网的污染;在matlab平台上建立了交流永磁同步伺服电机和电压空间矢量脉宽调制控制系统的数学模型,在仿真的基础上,对传统pid调节器进行了改进,提出转速调节器和电流调节器采用分段pid结构,根据给定转速所处的区间,自动选择相应pid调节器的参数,拓宽了调速范围,提高了控制精度。 - A comparative study and simulation of different control schemes , for the brushless motor variable - speed system , is presented . the simulation results show that , with the outer speed loop based on conventional proportional - integral controller , the dynamic performance of the system is not content , while with intelligence controller , the performance improves , and with variable - structure control with sliding mode , the system response influenced slightly by the vary of the system parameters
本文还对无换向器电动机双闭环调速系统的不同控制方式进行了仿真比较,结果表明:采用常规的pi转速调节器,系统的动态性能不是很好;采用简单的转速环智能控制器,系统的动态性能能得到一定改善;采用转速环滑模变结构控制器,系统的响应特性受系统参数变化的影响较小,具有优异的动态性能。
