二、新数学课程实施中合作学习的组织策略本部分在对实验区数学课堂观察和个案研究的基础上，分析得出了新数学课程实施中合作学习存在的6个问题：小组活动留于形式，缺乏实质性合作；个体责任扩散， “搭车”现象时有发生；学生社交技能欠缺，合作效率低下；教师对自己角色转变认识不清，指导作用没有跟上；大班额分组困难，课堂过于喧哗混乱；评价体系没有跟上，小组合作名存实亡。针对这些问题，对新数学课程实施中开展合作学习提出了6方面建议：科学灵活地分组；引导学生主动合作学习；提高个体责任：重视对学生合作方法、社交技能的培养；加强合作学习中课堂管理；正确处理几对关系。最后提出了新数学课程实施中合作学习的组织的原则和组织序列。
