    重庆高速公路联网收费数据通信网的结构是根据高速公路的物理结构构筑了2环8射的网状结构,建立了以sdhstm - 4 (可升级到stm - 16 )的传输主干层,以sdhonu / oltstm - 1 (可升级到stm - 4 )组成的通道保护业务接入层。数据的交换层是在sdh网之上的ip路由交换网,形成了结算中心-路段管理公司-收费站之间的3级计算机网络结构。为从通信网络上保证收费数据的原始性和可靠性,每个收费站和结算中心、路段管理公司之间建立了2m迂回链路,同时在收费站和结算中心之间建立了pstn的拨号备份链路。
