If party b agrees to terminate the agreement whereas party b has paid the rent and deposit according to clause 4 . 1 and has moved in to the properties , party a shall return the deposit twice as much as the original amount to party b , and the agreement will be terminated two months later after party a issues the notice
如乙方同意解除租约且乙方已按4 . 1条约定交纳租金及押金并已入住,则甲方必须双倍返还乙方已付押金，本租约于甲方发出解约通知二个月后终止。
