本文利用电磁暂态计算程序（ emtp ）对上述两种过电压进行了模拟计算研究；同时，基于moa多指数模型和rc装置原理研究了如何使用moa和rc装置来对过电压进行限制；基于l - r阻尼原理探讨了使用l - r装置限制过电压的可行性；并得出了以上保护装置的参数确定方法。
