实验研究了纤维铺层结构及流道缝隙的宽度对充模流动的影响，发现在纤维预成型体和模具壁间存在的较小的缝隙也会对边缘的流动产生干扰，进而影响增强材料主体的渗透；对于不同的缝隙宽度，分别根据a . hammami模型和poiseuille模型预测边缘等效渗透率，并进行充模过程数值模拟，与实验结果吻合较好。
